Requests for a refund, return or exchange will be fulfilled for up to 7 days from time of receiving order. After the 7 day period, requests may be rejected and sent back to the original delivery address. Please contact us for any further information.
A request form must be completed with the returned items, please email info@akuonline.com for a copy.
If your product is defective, email info@akuonline.com including photos to demonstrate the fault. If deemed defective we may ask you to return the item for quality control purposes, which you will be reimbursed for.
The following items will not be offered refunds or exchanges in any form: customised products, washed items, damaged or dirty items, or used items.
